This is so sad

So, I saw an unpaid internship “opportunity” on Linkedin for a digital marketing job requiring a commitment of 3-6 months and 20-40 hours a week. What was sad was the amount of applicants within 5 hours. It had like 89 or so already. Oh and they wanted college students or someone already with a bachelors degree. I believe 69% of applicants already had a bachelors. And employment was not guaranteed but hey they’re offering experience! It’s crazy all the studying, schooling, unpaid work and stupid interviews we have to go through just to have a chance of getting a decent job. At this point I feel like starting my own business on the side especially if I have to do unpaid work! Might as well work for myself. Did unpaid work already and I’ll never do it again. It’s ridiculous.
