I've just started a new job, and had a few days all fine. Today walked in the office and saw my bully. Initially I told myself its fine, I haven't seen her yet we are probably in different areas…. Nope, my bully is sitting right in front of me. I can't even just leave, I've been unemployed all year. I hate needing to work and that I'll need to find something new. Sooner rather than later. Thought maybe she changed but just overheard a conversation and she's exactly the same.
