I have no idea how adults do it

This may sound dramatic but I’m generally worried for when I’ll have to get a full time job it just seems so draining especially if I need up working for a company that treats its employees badly . I’ve been working for a year now (I’m 16 ) and every employer I’ve had expects to much from me even if I outlined what I can /can’t do in the interview before they hired me it’s either to many hours/ no hours or work that’s not it in my job description . I’m in full time school and pulling 20-25 hrs a week just to take some fiancial weight off my parents so they don’t have to buy stuff for me aswell as saving up for the future like university ,driving lessons and just basics like school stuff . What are you guys doing to have a work life balance and…
