Low morale

My past work experiences I've been known as a hardworker. One failed job promotion because management didn't see me as a 'good fit'. I wasn't the best at sales and I understood that. I stepped down after a bunch of disrespect from superiors. My past work experiences I've been known as a hardworker.

One failed job promotion because management didn't see me as a 'good fit'. I wasn't the best at sales and I understood that. I stepped down after a bunch of disrespect from superiors.

Now in the job I have now I get complaints that I'm not productive enough when I have been actively trying to make steps to improve my workflow. Which was never taught to me. I missed break or often took breaks late. I miss a few things from time to time which I think is human error given the sheer volume of work in my inbox on a regular basis. I don't think I deserve to be told I'm not a 'good fit'. I feel like it's the past repeating itself and my mind is having a hard time rationalizing that.

How should I try to argue my case that I deserve my spot? Or is it too late and I should start looking for work elsewhere? Any advice to navigate that situation is appreciated. I'm neurodivergent and take medication daily to help me stay focused. But my morale is so low I cried most of the day the other day because of the stress.
