I was gonna come on here and share the “sad news” that I finally got fired from the hell scape. I’ve been out for the past two years and they will now have to pay me to not work for them for two months. But it seems like a ton of folks were posting about getting fired yesterday.
How are we all feeling? Any advice we should be sharing with one another? Do you think it was justified? Are you planning legal action?
My condensed story is that I was telling one of my leads I had exhausted resources trying to follow up and the document needed to be sent. She was rude so I asked if she’d like if I worked with other leads instead since I’m not having these problems with anyone else. She didn’t respond, spoke with leadership, and without talking to any of my other leads, they fired me.
