UK. Advice for Employer paying temporary co-workers cash in hand?

My employer has taken on two staff members over the busy christmas period and is paying them cash in hand, avoiding ni and tax obviously. This really wouldn't be a concern of mine but he is paying them more than myself and other co-workers for the same role but they have less experience and less is expected of them. Myself and my other co-workers are furious, making us feel like complete idiots. Any advice on how to report this to HMRC? I've had a poke around but it seems like a bit of a minefield. I have no problem with the potential backlash, the employer in question is a tosser and needs to get what's coming for him.
