My employer has taken on two staff members over the busy christmas period and is paying them cash in hand, avoiding ni and tax obviously. This really wouldn't be a concern of mine but he is paying them more than myself and other co-workers for the same role but they have less experience and less is expected of them. Myself and my other co-workers are furious, making us feel like complete idiots.
Any advice on how to report this to HMRC? I've had a poke around but it seems like a bit of a minefield. I have no problem with the potential backlash, the employer in question is a tosser and needs to get what's coming for him.
