Without going into detail, I had filed a wage claim with BOLI last year after HR refused to work with me and my managers on a weird situation pertaining to wage increases when I would have been eligible per the documentation that was sent out. A year later BOLI finally got to my case and after providing additional evidence and context, they sent a notice to the company.
Anybody have any experience working with BOLI on wage claims on what to expect next? What’s the likelihood that they’ll comply with the notice?
