The title says most of it. My manager is infuriating. He shows up 20 minutes late every single day, and takes 2.5 hour lunches every single day. I work in an office of only 3 people counting myself. He is constantly reminding myself and my coworker that there is only 3 of us in the workplace, and that we have to work together as a team to boost sales. But he is never in the office, barely does any work when he is, and expects me and my coworker to basically handle everything.
What would be a good way to deal with this? I genuinely like my job and I don’t want to quit over this situation but it’s really starting to bring me down as it’s not fair.
