Is it normal to being asked to have 4 interviews at a job that doesn’t even pay that much?

Trying to get a full-time job or so here in Los Angeles and has been so hard. I have banquets experience but all of that is on-call unless you are a captain. I found a sales position for a company that rents venues to hold their event like conferences, weddings, etc. Had a phone interview with this guy who I assumed was the owner. Then he called me in and had me for an hour interviewing me. Then he said the employee who has the position I apply for and is leaving is gonna reach out to me. She did it was another long phone interview with rhe same kind of things I told the manager or owner guy. She said I will have to meet her in person and have another interview. That's total of 4 interviews for a position that's $18/hr + commission. I also don't know how…

I don't even think I will make enough for rent in Los Angeles… She still asked me if I am planning to have part time jobs because they expect full dedication.
