I work at a small chain. Different locations within the city pay differently. The one I work at happens to pay the least. (Which is kinda fucked up because we are known to be the most difficult location) (17.80)We all have the same title and duties. I’ve been here for almost two years.(the longest staying employee here) I found out this coworker who’s only been here for 5 months gets paid more than me. They started off at a location that pays more but then he transferred to where I am. I don’t know what to do. I just asked for a raise 4 months ago and got a (.25) raise. I only work two days a week while everyone else works about 35 what can I do
