Got a complaint against me at 11 in the morning because my “customer service needs work because ShadowMax looks exhausted” like I’m sorry I work full time and go to school full time so I look like I don’t get a lot of sleep (I really don’t) but even if I didn’t is it not ok for us to even look tired anymore? My manager got the same complaint against them yesterday from a different person. We are understaffed and as it’s currently the holiday season everyone is work extra hours (as I’m sure everyone else is) like come on people. Realize that we too are people
