so got hired at a seasonal job at a little cooking store, they were looking for one person, but hired two because they liked both of us, but really probably only need one for next year. My manager is really weird and has preference to pretty people (she even does this with coustamers when they come in the store) . The other girl is beautiful and I don't really compare, however that is not her fault at all and I really think she is really sweet and love working with her, she is kind and I love to work with her. My Manager keeps looking over my shoulder and blaming me for things I can not help, we have about 15 soups that we carry, but only 3 in stock, and she will bitch at me for the soups not being in stock, and the display not being full. I have to refill the olive oils and balsamics which are like 40 pounds, and I am too short to really fill them, and of course a little splashes because science. and she rolls her eyes and sighs at me when a little drop gets on the counter and it literally happens to everyone. the ladder is really wobbly and she was pissed when I asked her to hold it still. She took a 2 hour break and I wa sore af from working that day. Is think she kept my little bonus, I want to tell the owners because fuck her
