Company decides to have us track all our time down to the hour.

So I'm literally the only engineer that does projects, troubleshoots issues, and takes on any urgent task that may came up. I've been asking for help, as we started with 3 engineers, now we're down to one (they were fired and I took on their work) This came from manager who simply has meetings all day and will gladly comply, meanwhile I'm doing work that was meant for 3 people originally. Now that I can't get projects done in the timeline they want, instead of asking if I'm being overworked they want to track every hour of my day of every week. Granted, I've completed every single project they've asked me to do, many times working weekends to ensure the project was done in the timeline they wanted. Other times booking a flight for the next day to cover somoene who was not performing up to task. It just feels…

It just feels so insulting. This was my line in the sand and I'm officially looking for a new place to work at. It's crazy how company literally don't give a shit about you even though you sacrifice for them in return.
