We work for doctors who get paid 10x more than us, and you better believe they’re not getting us any personalized Christmas gifts or even a raise. They’re also not allowing us to work remotely despite 90% of our jobs being able to be done from home easily, and denying us remote day requests around the holidays. I make a garbage $43k, why on earth would I spend my own money on gifting up, the way everyone says you’re not supposed to do? But everyone else is doing it and it’ll look bad if I don’t
