So I applied to a higher level role at my company. When I talked to the recruiter, for some reason (but bless her, though), she told me EXACTLY how much more managers make than their employees (it's about 50%) and how much more their yearly bonus is (it's 3x as much). Didn't take that role but definitely have spread the joy of the holiday season to my team by sharing that info as well. Can't wait til our next leadership/staff town hall meeting when it comes up!
