I think my job is trying to kill me instead of fire me.

I received the attached email yesterday from the owner saying I have to get rid of all my candy and pictures, etc. I’m a type 1 diabetic, a picture tells co-workers what to do incase of emergencies, and I have to always have candy close by. Also, this new policy has been enforced on me but not everyone.
