My company has now implemented a request that if we have a company phone or a gas allowance that all employees must download and join the companies GPS app (Life360). Is this illegal? Job is in Florida. So far no one has complained, but I have a problem with the request. I’m not a child. I’m a grown up with kids, bills and responsibilities that rely on dad to do his job. Should I just comply? If not, how do I go about declining and not suffering retaliation from challenging the request. It’s the principle of them challenging my integrity. Thoughts and thanks in advance.
