My schedule for the past about 2 years has been tues-fri. I don’t get PTO and am always communicative about time off. Also recently picked up a Monday shift while someone was out on vacation. This is usually our busiest time of year and it’s totally dead. When I have switched days in the past I’ve been asked to make it up another day which is another reason I’m annoyed here. Anyways, mostly venting but if it does seem sus to anyone or any advice I’d appreciate it. Thanks!
