Let me explain what is happening, I got injured at work, told my employer, they asked me if I did something outside of work besides that, told them I carried a box off shift at work, I explained it was not that but a duty I was doing at shift that caused the injury. Lady that works there told me to report the box event as even if it was off work I would 100% get workers compensation, that was not true. Employer told that to workers compensation and they immediately denied it. They also sent me to the doctor as they send you when you report the injury, then I got hit by a $1000 bill for the doctors visit, because my employer did not report it to their insurance and they refused to pay for it, and they denied me to keep going just as I was about to get an MRI. I have no money, I need to pay bills, someone I know has to go to the doctor and cannot pay for it, my back is not getting better and it's been months, I requested a QME and have to wait a month for it, what can I do, I am going insane mentally as there is no way is this bad, I have rent to pay, bills, cannot focus on school since I am drained mentally, county won't give me money because I have no children, my only hope is the QME, but then what? Sue? Not sure what to do anymore. Please give me good advice
