Private employee strike

I am an American corporrate drone without a Union and surrounded by spineless colleagues. I want to strike to show my support against investing in genocidal companies. How do I go on about that so that I don’t end up unemployed? because f the system but also I benefit greatly from being able to afford food and shelter and have health insurance.
