Started a new job in the beginning on april. For context this is a server position. In the interview I let them know I will be out of town the following week for three days. So I started training immediately for two days(April 5-6) and then i’m out of town starting the seventh. The owner tried to schedule me on the days I was out of town and completely ignored my availability scheduling me for full time and days I have class. When i mentioned it he made a snide comment about how “I’m so busy” and decided not to schedule me at all that weekend (8-14). I sent him my availability multiple times, wrote it down on a notes app and screenshoted it to him. Yet despite that he needed “more clarity” and told me to pick the days I want to work. Basically make my own schedule. Hence me saying I can work wednesay blah blah blah. anyways, based of the texts you can see how it went. Doesn’t help that the last job before this had me put my two weeks in and a couple days before I start said they changed their mind and I no longer have a job. Times are tough, and its not easy to get a job. -sigh- End rant.
Wish they would have been honest with me. There were so many other red flags I didn’t mention too but I need the money.
