I've been at my current job for 8 months. The new person that was hired last week (with zero experience in this position I might add) is making $2/hr more than I do. To add insult to injury, I got a raise last month of $0.50. Another worker who has been there for 3 years only makes $0.50 more than I do. We're all going to bring this to management during our meeting this week and demand fair pay.
