I had to get new tires, I needed them, but one was flat from a screw at work I think. My last check all went to rent so I asked my company if I could have one weeks pay early (I already worked for this money) so I could buy food and they said no.
So my manager saw I had a can of chicken noodle soup for lunch, picked it up, and acted like why am I only eating this. So I said “yeah that's what I get to eat for the day since I can't have the money I already earned”
He pulled me outside and said not to talk about personal issues at work and blamed a person involved, saying that guy will talk about it all week now. All I could do was laugh because of how mad he was and that just made it worse. No regrets. This company sucks wether they paid me or not
