So let me start by explaining that my boss does set off days. For example my coworker is off on friday/saturdays and i’m off sunday/mondays for the last 8 months. I work at a luxury resort as a concierge. We have been extremely busy, so she has decided to have me work sunday-mondays for the last 3 weeks without any of mention of it. Of course that would be overtime as im working 6 days straight but sunday is technically a new week so i haven’t got overtime for any of it. I wasn’t upset because I knew we were very busy and I needed to be there. Well its slowed down a lot, we have no check ins for about 6 days in are specific building and we only do scheduled check ins. Tomorrow is the last day of the schedule and we have not been sent a new one. So I reached out to her asking if since its slowed down if I could go back to my regular off days for the time being. I like to go to church occasionally on sundays. She leaves me on read. (she prefers texts)
The funny thing is my coworker has kept her set off days this whole time…
