I hate company events because it’s free time wasted on people I don’t like. I have two jobs and currently only go to one of the businesses events they set up because I actually like most of the people I work with there… and I might not go anymore to that because my favourite coworker passed away even though I like most of the people I don’t talk to them. I’m all for free food but to say a company event is a benefit is a joke.
