Needed a break and they Sort of Fired me

Long story short, worked for an outsourcing company for quiet some time, probably almost a year, during this time I needed time off due to personal reasons and mental health needs, to relax and recollect. The manager said I could not because it was too late to apply but I really needed it as I found myself to degrade mentally as work made me feel worse and not better, so in the end I asked if I could resign but they told me to take the days off to reconsider, I went to travel for a bit, then during the middle they called and asked to send the resignation to the HR, which was surprising, when I returned I found myself removed and not assigned in the schedule, apparently I was under resignation. This is a weird situation, but honestly I couldnt for the time being handle more of the routines as I was really at a breaking point mentally. So for now I will probably take a break at least a month before considering something new, not sure why I post this as I do not post often about those things. The Job was an outbound call center type of thing, borderline back-office with 10 hours a day in total being wasted so to speak and learning nothing new at this point, the pay was on the low side for european standards. I generally didnt know that companies would see into getting rid of people that easily, likely they used the opportunity as I have seen they change people very rapidly within a margin of 4 months I have seen most people come and go except the older people. Generally management was bad, we had to ask for permission for most of the case handlings to cut costs so basically no initiatives, I only worked there for getting first experiences post college, which was more than half a year as mentioned. As this is antiwork, well I feel like chilling for a month or so, to pull myself together. Being in a stressful situation while under the routine of work was not a good idea and I probably lasted one and a half months under said mental struggle, finding myself needing more and more break-time during the work and simply standing next to a tree relieving the pain for even a small bit. Overall I was productive to the point of even initially having overachieved and getting bonuses for groceries or whatever they apply for, small things like that. At least I saw that I have the ability to learn really fast and adapt even whilst having supposedly ADHD and dyslexia, being on top charts for handling, which provided some confidence. Now I think gaming contributed to my organization skills as I usually play more management oriented games which is a plus. Thanks for your time reading if you reached the end.
