My job just straight up didnt deposit my money this pay week. Apparently the company’s been riddled with payroll issues in the past. I’m completely out of money and was waiting to use this cheque on things like bills n bus fare; the mode of transpo in which i get to work.
Since i havent been paid i dont even know how im supposed to get there everyday this week. Would i be able to just call in and let them know i cant afford to come or am i asking for trouble atp?
Edit: should add I’m fairly new here (a month and some change). the pay issue this time seems to have only affected newer hires. Still very much on probation so I don’t wanna make a fuss but this is ridiculous to me and a real financial blow. idk what to do man
