I have tried to escape my toxic job for over a year, and I FINALLY found a better job. I am SO HAPPY right now. The thing that makes it particularly SWEET is that ALL the problems that I repeatedly warned management about are happening. In fact, it is exactly one year ago today, that I sent a very long email about the two worst problems. My manager faked caring, set up a meeting with them and the district manager, and then proceeded to lie about everything while her boss screamed at me for 15 min. And now, I just get to watch it all burn down. Just wanted to share my joy with you guys. This sub has helped me survive this last hellish year. Hope your long weekend is wonderful.
