Five years ago I worked at a boy scouts of america camp and was abused by a boss. I still have trauma. Do NOT work for BSA. I reported her to HR so did others. No actions.

My camp director told me I was skipping work and not serious about work because I went to my uncle’s funeral and a doctor’s appointment. My mom was also in the ER for emergency surgery during the funeral. I went to see her after surgery. My director accused me of sneaking out of the camp, filming her on my phone (never did bish u aren’t important), trying to poison people, pointing a loaded gun at a child, saying something I did not say, and wouldn’t let me use the bathroom without her permission. I was an adult. She also tried making me wear a badge with the wrong name and once almost hit me. She accused me of all these things but no one else did. She was very abusive to her staff, bullying us and making us cry. No remorse. She did other things against BSA rules. It was…

I will never work in a summer camp again.
I reported her to the BSA and she was never punished even though she violated BSA laws.
