My boss told me I’m not allowed at all to be tired coming into work.

Context: I am a 23 year old college student that used to work 18-20 hours a week but my boss kept cutting my hours down to 4 hours a week, which means I only come in once a week even though school has passed and it is summer now. I went in today to talk to her and she told me that everytime I come in, I'm not “gungho” and that I'm always “tired” which is true but I also still get my stuff done and I feel like I'm usually productive most of the time. I'm not taking any summer classes and I have tried to look for an extra job but they are usually not the type of job I'm comfortable with, because I do not have the skills necessary nor do I have a car. I did ask her if there was something wrong with being kind…

I'm not sure how to navigate this. Advice is appreciated.

Edit: I work at Goodwill as a clothing stocker

Edit 2: she just scheduled me for more hours, so now I'm working 11½ this next week. But I guess I should look for a better job anyways.
