I'm so pissed off, i need to “vent” before i'm gonna do something i'll regret. So i work for a company that specializes in safety advice. Today i found out that our “head of operations” had a meeting with one of our customers yesterday in which he actively advised to use new procedures that 100% will cause harm and potential death to the people working in their warehouse. This dude is the schoolbook example of having failed upwards, has no practical experience whatsoever and anyone that had a class in physics 101 would be slamming their heads against the wall because of his rationale.
He isn't around (probably fucking something else up) otherwise i'm honestly afraid things would have ended up in a physical confrontation. I am planning on ditching this job within another year but now i'm not even sure if i'll be able to make it that long. Fuck this guy and fuck this job, this isn't worth my mental health and weight on my conscience.
