I don't know if I'm just being a coward in the face of a challenge, or if I'm being taken advantage of.
I'm currently in a role making far more than I've ever made (55k a year, likely with a road to 75k within the next year)
With that said, the job is INSANELY demanding. I'm working between 55 and 62 hours per week, and feel like I have literally no time to myself.
I've been looking at job offers which would be a pretty big pay cut (45k-50k) but are closer to a normal 40 hours work week.
Advice? I feel like I know the answer I'm gonna get in this community, but I just don't know if I should hold out.
