I have been working here for two weeks. This was honestly the biggest mistake of my life. Get treated worse than a dog. Disgusting work place. Not even a 15 min break for a 6 hour shift. No proper training or good communication with workers. Managers are just terrible and lazy and not fair. Owner couldn’t really give a crap. Is it the right thing to do to give my resignation letter to the owner? Or can I just not show up to my next shift. I’m working tomorrow at 2pm-8:30pm. I was planning on giving him my resignation letter Tuesday…. But idk if I can even survive tomorrow for another shift lmao
