Verizon unilaterally decided to force all/most “remote/WFH only” workers into the office by reclassifying them as “hybrid” instead.

This change affects employees that were hired as 100% remote workers too. Depending on office location they are mapped to will determine whether you have to go into the office 2 days a month or 8 days a month which clearly highlights how arbitrary this change is. F this company.
