Tldr: Gave psycho boss (pb) 4 weeks notice, soon to be ex boss is in denial that my last day is this upcoming Friday
Let me preface this post by saying my boss has been psycho since I started this job 8 months ago. I have endured months of emotional and mental abuse, intimidation, and harassment. So I decided to apply out and see what would happen because I just couldn’t take it anymore. I was fortunate enough to get a job at another company and even had to ask my PB for a reference which they reluctantly provided. I got the job offer and decided to give my PB 4 weeks notice.
BIG MISTAKE
These past 3 and 1/2 weeks, I have endured constant harassment and intimidation from my PB. They even got the Director of HR to join in on this. So now I have 2 people harassing me at work and in total denial my last day is this coming Friday. I think what made me the most upset was when my PB asked the crazy HR lady to reach out to my new job to change my start date. I am so over the toxicity of this place and can’t wait to leave.
