So I work nights, and had an opportunity come my way, but I need to move to day shift and will still require the job… So I put in my request..
I was told over the past week and a half my move to days was being organized, management was on it working with scheduling, and they had it set til mid Aug, covering sick leaves and what not and hopefully by then a full time day opens up…
Had a meeting Wednesday about this, and there is no day position for me, there is someone in line ahead of me for such position, and they asked when my last day would be….
They had an internal job posting for my position that ended Monday and Wednesday this happens? They strung me along till they found a replacement and I didn't quit….but they are still trying to make me..
Just headed into an interview for another job…and it sounds promising…. Fingers crossed 🤞
