Hello everyone, I got my first job recently, and I am seeing that everyone is obsessed with that you have to be always going for more.
Is there something inherently bad with the idea of getting comfortable in a position?, Why should I put more pressure or energy into a job that I only do because I am paid for? Don't get me wrong, I like my job, I really do, but I would never do it again if I didn't have to. Why would I get out of my comfort zone and risk making a mistake and getting fired?
This idea that comfortable=bad is so weird to me. Am I alone in this? Is there something I am not seeing because I knew in the workforce?
