“tAlK tO yOuR cOwOrKeRs”

I 100% believe work can be improved (even/especially in the short term) by the above sentiment. But I'm really tired & demoralized. I already struggle to communicate, and it feels like there are other barriers beyond that I can never get past: I'm now the only woman in my workplace, the last several left or were let go for being “not a good fit.” (read: “dramatic.”) It's really hard to speak up when you're worried about ending up like them. I'd quit too if I could. I'm stuck needing a job, and this is a fairly “progressive”(lmao) company with slightly more labor-friendly policies & employees. I can tell my coworkers are over all of this too, I'm just sick of waiting around for more people to get on the ball.
