We have to drive two hours for a training, but only getting paid for the actual training hours. So four hours total are unpaid for. This is lesser than our normal shifts. Is that legal? Edit: the training is actually 2 hours and 50 minutes. My hours this day are 8:30 to 5, we are only being paid for the hours of the training which is 9 to 3.
