Not my story, but my friends. My friend has been working at Subway for 2.5 years and has been a key holder there for 1.5 years. My friend is moving and applied to subways in the city they are moving to. They got a reply back saying they don’t have the necessary skills and aren’t qualified enough for the position. The same potion they are currently working and have been working at for OVER TWO YEARS. What kind of experience would they consider to be properly qualified?? Ffs
And this was for the basic entry-level “sandwich artist” position, not as a supervision, manager or anything higher up
