What is it with new managers who walk in and immediately start micromanaging and commenting on everything?

I am a manager aswell but she doesn’t treat me like I am part of the team. She’s a transfer from another location. She is an assistant and I’m ‘just a shift manager’ lmao. She hasn’t even been here a week. I went to introduce myself and say hello to her and she straight up ignored me and walked away. I walked in today and before I am even clocked in she’s immediately making condescending comments to me and asking me to do things. No hello anything. Until you know how that particular store works you should just stay quiet and learn. I say hello to every employee who walks in the door and sure as hell don’t start bossing them around when they have literally just walked in the door haven’t even set their belongings down or clocked in. I go out of my way to make new employees feel comfortable. I am also a transfer so I am new to the store but have been there for several months at this point.
