Work requiring “mandatory” meetings on days off

So guys, as the title suggests I work at a place that has been requiring people to come to “mandatory training” on specific days of the week. Now those days sometimes fall on days off of people and HR is informing all of us that if you miss 2 of these meetings that you will be taken off the schedule…. or terminated “wink wink” They also only offer these meetings one day a week on two weeks, so it's not as if it's being made accessible. I think this is crossing a line and is not right that they are assuming we must take the responsibility of being “available” rather than offering a mon-sun training or at least multiple days. Where can I go to battle this? The BBB?
