not much to say except after 20 years working a privately held investment firm and they do nothing for their employees who retire, leave, or burn out. bunch of billionaires who aren't tethered to reality any longer no vacation payout, no way to earn any equity crumbs, nothing after 5, 10, 20, years and they wonder why people leave crappy insurance, etc just wanted to get it off my chest. not really surprised but a reminder to always look out for yourself
