Hi! I worked at a company for less than a week before letting them know that this isn’t the right fit. I just got my paycheck today and it is significantly lower than what I thought it would be. I emailed my manager and she let me know that they have the right to drop down my pay to minimum wage ($7.25) if i do not give a 2 weeks notice, and I apparently had signed it. I had went through the entire document beforehand and didn’t see that, but that’s my fault. Do I have any ability to fight this? Is it legal? I’m in TX. Thanks!
