I'm putting my 2 weeks in next week at my toxic childcare job that I've been at for 3 years. Honestly my director is the main problem and has allowed the environment to be the way it is and also created most of the issues herself. I was wondering what the exit interview process is like or if I'll even get one? Do they all kinda follow the same script? Is it with higher ups? Because I want to make them aware what I and others experienced but if it's just the director giving the exit interview nothing is going to get looked into because she can just brush it off and gossip about it like she does with everything.
