I fantasize about walking off the job every single day. Why do I now feel guilty that I’m taking interviews?

Seriously, I feel like a cheating husband who's flirting with a pretty woman. It's maddening! All of this after I pull an additional 30 hours of unpaid (yay salary!) overtime this week. All for a barely livable (and arguably under federal limit) wage.
