Is it weird that this potential employer booked a realtor to take me on a tour of the city as part of the interview schedule?

I can't tell if they're trying to be nice by helping me see the city and get familiar with the locale as I'm flying in for a final interview next week… Or if they're trying to get me to show my cards on what kind of houses I'm looking at to see if they need to pay me more or less in salary. I would do this if I was a shady employer. Is this normal or off?
