I have worked at the place for about a year and a half. I am remote and out of state. I make $19 an hour and work 40 hours a week.
I have a meeting later today with my supervisor, possibly for my yearly review but the manager here doesn’t communicate so I just see it on my schedule with no explanation. I should have had my review months ago but was told it was delayed. I am a good employee and reliable, but I definitely act my wage because this place is pretty exploitative. My department is mostly a shit show, however I don’t want to switch companies yet because I am close to being able to buy a house and the realtor said job stability is important for a home loan.
