Hi I recently started working at a cement facility about a month and a half ago and since the day I started there has been way too much dust. The dust collectors are broken and management keeps telling us they are ordering them to get replaced all while they are telling us there are NO contractors willing to take on the job due to how complicated it is with the area they are set up in. I’ve made complaints through OSHA, Port Authority and the Sherrifs office at the Port and recieved a call today from Port Authority saying they are going to look into it. With that being said my head boss asked me why I was going around taking pictures and videos of dust and I said I was sending it to my dad because he asked where i worked, i felt kind of intimidated with him asking me this and now there are more higher ups here at the office. Who do I contact if I contine to feel threatened at my job? Located in Florida.
