Bathroom at the job I started three day ago only gotten worse.

I’ll be finding me a new job, not sure if I’ll be staying here until I do, no paper towels or soap in bathroom. No paper towels in shop area to dry hands and today the water in the sink has stopped working. I mentioned it many times they just act like it’s normal around here. Am I overreacting??
